Alexis Penot

Dr Alexis Penot has been economist at the CEPII since october 2004. He was previoulsy at the Bank of Canada and the French Ministry of Finance. His PhD in Economics was from Orleans University, France, (2002) where his doctoral dissertation was "Principles and Design of Monetary Policy Rules: An Application to the European Central Bank"
