I am responsible for investment research at Horizon Investments, LLC. I have almost 30 years experience in quantitative economic and investment analysis. I have published a number of papers in leading academic and practitioner oriented journals including: The Journal of Finance, Empirical Economics, The Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, The Journal of Risk and Insurance, The Journal of Investing, The Journal of Portfolio Management, and Financial Analysts Journal. I am occasionally called on to review manuscripts for academic journals. I earned the Ph.D. degree in Economics from Michigan State University.

Research interests:
Time series models of economic and financial variables.
