David Veredas

Assistant Professor, ECARES

Dr David Veredas has been Assistant Professor of Economics at ECARES -Free University of Brussels- since September 2004. He was previously a Post Doc Marie Curie at CentER - University of Tilburg- from 2002 to 2004 and at CIRANO -Montreal- in the academic year 2001-2002. His PhD in Economics was from CORE -Catholique University of Louvain where his doctoral dissertation was “Econometric Modeling of Financial Durations".

Research interests:
Aggregation Techniques, Market Microstructure, Empirical Development Economics, Fat Tails.
