Fang Yao
Research assistant in the SFB Project 649 ' Economic Risk', Humboldt University Berlin, Institute for Economic Theory
Before studying in Germany, he completed his B.S. in business administration at the University of Chongqing, China. He received his M.A. in economics at the Humboldt University Berlin in 2005 with his thesis on "A DSGE Model of Labour Dynamics under Institutional Rigidity" . He then worked for the research project 'internet and values chains', which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Since Aug. 2006, he has been working as a graduate teaching and research assistant and as same time pursuing Ph.D. research in macroeconomic theory at the Humboldt University Berlin.
Research interests:
the market rigidity in the real business cycle theory, computational methods in economic modelling.
