Mr. José Emilio Gumiel, has been Economist-Statistician in the Econometric Modelling Division at the ECB since 2005, working curently mostly in the ECB/Eurosystem staff projections. Previously he was an Economist-Statistician in the WGF Secretariat in DG-Economics, worked at the Balance of Payments divisions at the ECB and at the operations and statistics departments at the Bank of Spain
