Dr. Juan R. Trapero received the Ingeniero Industrial degree in 2003 from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, (UCLM, Spain); his M.B.A in 2004 and his European Ph. D. in 2008 both at UCLM. His research interests include system identification mainly developed in continuous-time with application in forecasting, signal processing and control.
Research interests:
He has published several articles using the novel algebraic identification methodology developed by M. Fliess and H. Sira-Ramírez applied to the frequency estimation in real-time. He is interested in aplying frequency estimation techniques (mainly algebraic methodology) to the business cycle analysis.
