Kai Christoffel

Kai Christoffel has been at the DG-Research of the European Central Bank since 2004. He was previously a research assistent at the University of Frankfurt where he received his Ph.D. with the thesis "Estimating Macroeconomic Models with Optimizing Agents: Habit Formation and Real Wage Rigidity" in 2005. He also worked for the Economics Department of the Austrian National Bank and at the Research Center of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
Research interests:
DSGE Modelling, Consumption, Labor Markets, Monetary Policy, Estimation Methods for DSGE models.
