Knut Are Aastveit
PhD student, University of Oslo
Mr. Aastveit is a Ph.D. student in economics at the University of Oslo. He holds a Master degree in economics from the University of Oslo and has previously worked at Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway). His dissertation deals with the issue of how to use large data sets in macroeconic modelling and forecasting.
Research interests:
Monetary Policy, Business Cycles, Applied Econometrics, Empirical Macroeconomics, Forecasting.
