During 2009/2010 he was working as VSPA (Visiting Scholar and Postdoc Affairs) at University of California, Berkeley - Haas School of Business, California, USA in the Economic Analysis and Policy Group with Prof. David I. Levine and conducted research on projects and articles dealing with Southeast Europe's economic and business issues, later presented and published at respectable conferences and peer-reviewed journals. In 2008 he attended Causal Inference and Program Evaluation course at Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (GSE), Barcelona, Spain (course held by Guido Imbens, Harvard University, Department of Economics). His experience includes the World Bank Institute, obtaining valuable Certificates: “Defining Roles for Youth and the Next Generation of Leaders”; “Competing for Sustainable Future”; “Responsible Challenges for the Oil/ Gas Sector - Framework”; “Corporate Responsibility in Asia & the Pacific” during the period of 2004/2005.
