Andrea Raffo is an Economist in the International Finance Division of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from Bocconi University in 1999, an M.A. degree from Bocconi University in 2000 and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005.
