Matthew Harding

Matthew Harding is Assistant Professor of Economics at Stanford University. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT and an M.Phil. in Economics from Oxford University. His research focuses on the development of econometric techniques for high-dimensional data. In particular he works on the development of factor models in combined macroeconomic and financial models in order to understand the interconnections between world markets. His publications have appeared in important journals such as the International Economic Review and the Journal of Econometrics.
